The hotel is centrally located close to tourist sights like the Coliseum and Santa Maria Maggiore church, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were cleaned daily and had good amenities, although the double bed was a bit small. The service at the reception desk around the clock was efficient, and the room service was prompt. Dining options were satisfying but could have more variety. Overall, a decent hotel for its value.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, close to the main tourist spots and in a great area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good amenities, but the boarded-up window on the upper floors was a bit of a downside. The service was excellent with friendly staff at the reception desk on both shifts and great room service. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of great coffees for any taste, but I wish there were more food options. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
